RETIRED STAFF EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
Welcome to The University of Utah Retired Staff Employees Association (RSEA).
RSEA is an independent organization that serves its members as well as the University of Utah. In essence, RSEA members are ambassadors-at-large within the wider community. They enhance the flow of information about and an understanding of University issues, activities and accomplishments. In so doing, members also gain information vital to their own lives, e.g., benefits, privileges and opportunities, including some specifically for those who may wish to contribute their service and expertise.
In addition, RSEA committees periodically plan and conduct social and cultural events, including tours, seminars, lectures, demonstrations, luncheons, attendance at athletic events, and other activities that reflect members' interests.
Finally, members stay in the loop through RSEA's communications outreach, whether by letter, e-mail, phone calls or arrival of The Link, a quarterly newsletter with news and information of interest.
Membership is accepted from those who retired from staff positions at the University of Utah on or after their 60th birthday and completed five consecutive years immediately prior to retirement.
